1. Programme is free to join
Joining Mudrabase Sathi as a Sathi is 100% free. We do not collect any registration, training, kit or onboarding fee. If anyone asks you to pay a fee in our name, it is fraudulent — please report to sathi@mudrabase.in.
2. Commission reversals
Commissions are paid only after a referred customer's solar project is fully completed and paid for. If a project is later cancelled, refunded by Mudrabase, charged-back, or found to be fraudulent, the corresponding commission (file payout + referral 2%) will be reversed from the Sathi's wallet. If the wallet has insufficient balance, the negative balance will be adjusted against future earnings.
3. Payout cancellations
- A pending payout request can be cancelled from the dashboard before it is marked “approved”.
- Once approved or paid, payouts cannot be reversed by the Sathi.
- Failed payouts due to wrong UPI / bank details will be returned to the wallet within 7 working days; bank charges (if any) will be deducted.
4. Customer-side refunds
Refund and warranty policies of the actual solar product / service are governed by the customer's sales contract with Mudrabase and are not the subject of this Sathi-programme policy.
5. Account closure
You can close your Sathi account any time by writing to sathi@mudrabase.in. Any approved but unpaid commission balance will be paid out (subject to KYC + minimum threshold) within 30 working days.
