Mudrabase Sales and Distribution Private Limited (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. By using Mudrabase Sathi, you consent to this policy.
We advertise Mudrabase Sathi on Google Play, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Google and Meta may receive device information, an advertising identifier, and whether the app was installed, to measure those ads. We do not sell personal information. 1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, mobile, password (hashed), state, city, referral code.
- KYC & payout — PAN, Aadhaar (last 4 digits stored), bank account / UPI ID, address proof.
- Lead data — customer details you submit (name, phone, email, location, system requirement).
- Usage data — device type, IP, pages viewed, app events, approximate location.
- Communications — emails, WhatsApp / SMS, support tickets you send us.
2. How we use it
- To operate the Sathi programme — register accounts, track referrals, calculate commissions and process payouts.
- To verify identity and prevent fraud (KYC, duplicate-detection, anti-abuse).
- To contact you about leads, earnings, payouts and product updates.
- To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations in India.
- To improve the Platform — analytics, performance and security.
3. Lead / customer information
Information you submit about prospective customers is processed by Mudrabase to deliver solar quotations and services. Sathis must obtain the customer's consent before sharing their personal details with us. We do not sell customer data to third parties.
4. Sharing
- With service providers (hosting, payments, KYC, analytics, communications) under confidentiality obligations.
- With Mudrabase Group companies for the same purposes described above.
- With government / regulatory authorities when required by law.
5. Storage & security
Data is stored on servers located in India / EU operated by Supabase and Cloudflare. We use TLS, encryption-at-rest and access controls. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure; you use the Platform at your own risk.
6. Retention
Account and transaction data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 8 years thereafter to comply with Indian tax and accounting laws.
7. Your rights
- Access, correct or update your personal information from the dashboard.
- Request deletion of your account by writing to sathi@mudrabase.in (subject to legal retention).
- Opt out of marketing messages at any time. Transactional messages will continue while your account is active.
8. Cookies
We use first-party cookies / local storage for login sessions, language preference and basic analytics. You can clear them from your browser at any time.
9. Children
The Platform is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
